Patinated Bronze

'Claw of Archimedes' is my latest bronze sculpture, which draws inspiration from Greek Mythology and is based upon a giant claw and ancient weapon used to defend Syracuses city wall. It would grab huge ships and vessels out of the sea and hurl them back into the ocean.

Americana Paintings
The Hollywood Roosevelt, Randy's Donuts and various other sites caught my attention in the US. ‘Randy’s Donuts’, is a fantastic example of ‘Programmatic Architecture’ built in 1953 featuring the giant donut above the restaurant. ‘The Pool at The Hollywood Roosevelt’ is another acrylic painting, featuring the Mural Hockney painted on the floor of the pool in 1988. This is an ongoing series of works.
Blown Away! Mayfair Art Weekend
Blown Away! is a new short film I created in the lockdown, the first of a series of new films from Out of Time. Out of Space Productions with Lucia Scalisi. The Drone bronze sculpture traverses the American landscape and Wild West with footage he shot earlier this year. The backdrop then merges into hand drawn animations and painted panoramic scenes.
The film was recently selected for The Mayfair Art Weekend Screening at The May Fair Art Hotel, more details available here.
